I’ve been talking to several people lately who have recently been promoted into positions managing people. They’re excited, proud, anxious, worried–a ton of different emotions!
I personally think that the work of managing (and subsequently leading) people in any work environment is one of the hardest and most rewarding. And it is definitely not for everyone. But if you’re one who’s becoming –or aspires to become–a manager of people, here’s one idea to keep in mind.
