Need to gain some clarity about what you want in your career and your life? Start by creating your vision.
Here’s how to use this tool:
Set aside 20-30 minutes and get in a comfortable place where you won’t be distracted.
Write your answers to each question as quickly as possible. Pay attention to the first thing that comes into your head. Don’t judge, censor, or overthink your answers–after all, this is your vision.
Once you’re done, go back and read your answers out loud. If you want to add things, go ahead. Make a note of what surprises you or what excites you.
When you have a vision in place, you can start to make a better, more focused plan on how to get there from where you are now.
